Terms of Service

By using Josie's Paw Patrol services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Service Agreement

We agree to provide pet care services as described and scheduled. You agree to provide accurate information about your pet's health, behavior, and care requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Liability

While we are fully insured and take every precaution, you acknowledge that pet care involves inherent risks. Emergency veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the pet owner.

Payment Terms

Payment is due after each service or weekly for package deals. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods.
